Gloria (2023) is the fourth studio album by the English singer-songwriter Sam Smith, released on 27 January 2023 and through the record label Capitol Records. Released after Smith’s last studio album: Love Goes (2020), and debuted at number one in the UK, Australia, and Ireland.
It was the follow-up to the tracks ‘Love Me More’, and ‘Unholy’, a collaboration with Kim Petras, and ‘Gimme’, in collaboration with Koffee and Jessie Reyez.
The song ‘Unholy’ was promoted as the lead single and topped the charts in Australia, Austria, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the United States for the first time as lead artists for both Smith and Petras in the latter.
Upon release, the album generally received favorable reviews from music critics.
